The purpose of this position is to provide Infrastructure support and engineering services as a part of the Infrastructure Systems Team. This position will be responsible for mid-level engineering support and will enable the Team to be more responsive and efficient. Additionally, the person in this role will provide mentoring to the Service Desk team with core infrastructure related tasks improving overall performance for all team members. Key
Responsibilities:
Utilizes skills to manage Microsoft Server, Microsoft SCCM and VMware for the Infrastructure Team and be accountable for monitoring, updates/patching, accuracy and performance metrics provided by the systems Assist with hardware replacement, cabling and local/remote troubleshooting of network and server issues Assist in building, loading and managing new servers and supplying break/fix type services as required Provide support for cloud infrastructure deployments. Provide ongoing assistance and support for Active Directory to ensure its accuracy, reliability and proper management and control Assist with vulnerability remediation as directed by Infosec Team Assist with troubleshooting/resolving backups failures Provide assistance to the server administrators with daily tasks (Reports, Tickets, Etc) Create and maintain accurate documentation on activities performed and assist with developing diagrams, workflows and process maps as required to support the team Perform site backup monitoring and troubleshooting and provide metrics on same Work with vendors to resolve infrastructure software issues as needed Other Duties as assigned by Manager Education &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred. Must have 5
years of IT experience. Experience supporting data center components of an enterprise infrastructure. Skills & Attributes:
Ability to troubleshoot Level 1 and 2 server and network issues/problems Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft SCCM Demonstrated expertise with Active Directory Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Exchange. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (various versions). Demonstrate expertise with VMWare Demonstrated expertise of the Windows Servers operating systems Storage concepts/management is a plus Additional Job Information:
The ideal candidate needs to have experience with:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
